Terms of the partner programme

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This is a translation: the Italian text prevails.

These terms govern the programme by which a partner brings customers to EasyLPD and receives a commission.

Advisorn: Advisorn GmbH, Via Valdani 2, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland, UID CHE-314.881.260 VAT, contact@easylpd.ch ("Advisorn", "we").

Partner: the person or business that Advisorn has named partner in the EasyLPD platform ("the partner").

1. Participation

1.1 One becomes a partner at Advisorn's invitation. The partner has an EasyLPD account; Advisorn names it partner in the platform, tells it the percentage of the commission and assigns it one or more codes. The general terms of EasyLPD also apply.

1.2 The partner accepts these terms when it first uses one of its codes or the link that contains it.

1.3 The partner acts in its own name. It does not represent Advisorn, does not conclude contracts on its behalf and does not promise customers anything that the terms of EasyLPD do not provide for.

2. Codes and attribution

2.1 A customer is attributed to the partner when its organisation enters a code of the partner before the first payment: at registration (also through the partner's link, which enters the code), in the settings or on the Stripe payment page. An organisation is attributed to one code only and the attribution cannot be changed.

2.2 The partner's link leaves no cookie or other trace in the browser: if the customer does not use the link up to registration and does not enter the code, it is not attributed.

2.3 An organisation of which the partner itself is a member is not attributed, nor is an organisation that has already paid for a subscription.

2.4 The attributed customer receives a discount of 10% on the subscription for the first 12 months.

3. Commission

3.1 For every subscription invoice paid by the attributed customer in the 12 months following its first payment, the partner receives the percentage shown in the platform of the amount without VAT, after the discount. This includes the subscriptions of the platform and the service of representative in Switzerland; it does not include consulting, packages of hours or quotes.

3.2 The commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice, the term of the money-back guarantee. A credit note, even a later one, reduces the commission by the same proportion.

3.3 The percentage applies to invoices issued while it is in force; Advisorn may change it for the future by notifying the partner at least 30 days in advance.

3.4 The partner sees the commissions and their status in the platform and can download the statement of them.

4. Payment

4.1 Advisorn pays the payable commissions by bank transfer to the account the partner has entered in the platform, as a rule once a month, when they exceed CHF 50; a smaller amount is carried over to the following month.

4.2 The commission includes any VAT. A partner subject to Swiss VAT issues an invoice for the amount of the statement; the partner is responsible for its own taxes and contributions.

4.3 No commission is due for customers attributed in breach of these terms.

5. Obligations of the partner

5.1 The partner presents EasyLPD fairly: it does not promise results, compliance or certifications that EasyLPD does not give, and does not present itself as Advisorn.

5.2 It does not use misleading advertising, unsolicited mailings contrary to the law (in particular to art. 3 para. 1 let. o UCA) or paid advertisements on the name EasyLPD, EasyDSG or Advisorn.

5.3 It does not use its own code for its own organisations and does not create fictitious organisations.

6. Data

6.1 The partner sees in the platform the name of the attributed organisations, the date of registration, whether they pay for a subscription and the amounts of the invoices on which it receives the commission. It does not see other data of those organisations.

6.2 The partner uses these data only to check its own commissions and treats them as confidential.

7. Duration and end

7.1 The partner can end its participation at any time by e-mail; Advisorn can deactivate the partner or one of its codes with 30 days' notice, or with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these terms.

7.2 At the end the partner still receives the commissions on invoices already issued, in accordance with point 3, unless the end is due to a breach on its part.

8. Liability, changes, applicable law

8.1 Advisorn is liable in accordance with point 9 of the general terms of EasyLPD.

8.2 Advisorn may change these terms by announcing it at least 30 days in advance; a partner that does not accept them can end its participation.

8.3 Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Chiasso, Advisorn's registered office. The Italian text prevails.
