# EasyLPD

> Bring your company in line with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR: free self-assessment, action plan, record of processing, privacy notices and signatures. Data stored in Switzerland. Run by Advisorn GmbH, Chiasso, Switzerland. Called EasyDSG in German.

EasyLPD is a self-service platform for Swiss SMEs to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in Italian LPD, in German DSG, in French LPD) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR and the EU AI Act. One questionnaire gives a score per law and a step-by-step plan; the platform then holds the record of processing, generates the documents, keeps track of vendors, breaches, requests and DPIAs, and collects signatures. It certifies nothing and gives no legal advice: consulting is sold separately by Advisorn.
